Go to Wightman’s website or app and find the section labeled “Speed Test” or “Internet Speed Check.

STEP 2

Run a network scan

Tap “Network Scan” to start the diagnosis. Review the network statistics once the scan is complete

STEP 3

Get support

Click “Improve Network Health” for help. If needed, call Tech Support at 1-877-327-4440 with the app key code.
