This agreement is made between Wightman and the undersigned Landlord/Superintendent (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”) for the purpose of participating in the Landlord Incentive Program.
Program Overview
The Landlord Incentive Program is designed to motivate landlords and superintendents to promote sign-ups within their buildings. In return for distributing promotional materials and encouraging tenants to switch service providers, landlords will receive a quarterly monetary reward of $200, issued via cheque, for each new customer sign-up. Landlords are required to distribute promotional materials provided by Wightman, which will be available in both printed and digital formats for convenience.
Incentive Details
For each new customer sign-up, the Landlord will receive a $200 incentive per customer, paid quarterly via cheque by mail. The Landlord will provide new customers with the unique code “UPGRADE,” enabling Wightman to track sign-ups and ensure the Landlord receives the incentive. Wightman will supply all necessary promotional materials in both printed and digital formats. The Landlord agrees to distribute these materials to tenants at their discretion, encouraging them to sign up and switch to Wightman.
Agreement Term
This agreement is effective as of the date of signing and will remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice. The Landlord acknowledges receipt and understanding of the terms and details of the Landlord Incentive Program. By signing this agreement, the Landlord grants permission for Wightman to contact them as necessary for the purposes of this program.
