For telephone repairs & troubles, call 611 and leave a detailed message noting the nature of the problem. During business hours you will reach a live customer care representative who will book a repair call for you. After-hours calls are monitored by on-call technicians and depending on the nature of the problem the appropriate service will be provided.
If you call 611 from a Bell Telephone customer's phone or a non-Wightman telephone number, instead of your own telephone, you will get Bell Canada. Please hang up and call our toll free number, 1-888-477-2177 and listen for the prompts to be directed to phone repair.
